A component is a tool, that allows you to build your interactive course in thirst.

Below is an overview of the different Components in thirst

(you will find more in-depth information about each one in other articles).

Column - This allows you to add columns to your screen, which helps to give you the basic frame work.

Full width row - This allows you to add a full width row to your screen, full width means it will go across the full screen (edge to edge).

Row - This allows you to add a row to your screen. This is a row with padding so it won't reach the edge of the screen.

Attachment - This allows you to add a downloadable attachment/file.

Audio - This allows you to add an audio file, the file must be saved as an mp3 and no larger than 50mb.

Button - This allows you to add buttons and make them interactive.

Expandable section - This allows you to add sections that can open and close, which is useful for answers/text.

Image - This allows you to add your images.

Info Box - This allows you to add an information box, this could be use to highlight important information to your learner.

Group - This allows you to add different types of content into the course and group it as one interaction.

Question - This allows you to add a question and offer multiple choice answers.

Text - This allows you to add text.

Video - This allows you to add video to your project, the file must be no larger than 50mb and in one of the following formats, mp4, webm, or ogv

To use any of these you simply drag and drop them onto your screen
